What prompted me to write about the liver this month is a question that one of the subscribers to my channel "Healing Foods & Nourishing Herbs, asked me.
I am excited to receive questions from my readers because my #1 goal in writing is to empower them to actively advocate for their health. You need to be well informed to play an active role. Yes, that means some nerdy scientific reading.
Remember, no one knows how it feels to live in your body, and no one will better advocate for your interest than you.
